If you need help with gambling, start here instead
We are a review site, not a support service, so an email to us should never be the step between you and real help. Please get in touch with Gambling Help Online for free, confidential counselling 24/7 on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gambling page lists every other resource we know of, including what self-exclusion can and cannot do at international sites.
Everything goes to the same address. Our replies can take a few days, and corrections are answered first.
What to write about
- Corrections. A number on this site no longer matches a casino's published terms, a licence detail changed, a site started or stopped accepting Australian players. Include a link to the source; this is the most useful mail we get.
- Your experience at a listed casino. Player reports, good and bad, inform our reviews, and a pattern of reports has changed our copy before. We read everything, though we cannot verify individual accounts.
- Business and partnerships. Casino operators and affiliate programs are welcome to write. Read the about page first: commercial relationships never move a score, and unlicensed operators stay at the bottom of our rankings whatever the deal.
What we cannot help with
No disputes, no fund recovery
We cannot recover funds lost to gambling, resolve disputes with casinos or intervene in withdrawal problems. No Australian regulator covers international sites, which is exactly why our rankings weigh trust so heavily. If you have a dispute, use the casino's own complaints channel first (CoinCasino, for instance, runs a dedicated one at complaints@coincasino.com), then the licensing regulator where the casino publishes one. Our grey market guide explains realistically what recourse exists.
